Borgoni, the company's artisitic director was in charge of the graphic images of hotels in Italy and their success there allowed them to expand onto Europe, North Africa and the Middle East where they began selling labels of their desings to important hotels there. Particularly noteworthy is his Liberty style which remained prominent until the rise of Art Deco." (British Museum).
